4. How much is freight? How to choose ways of transportation!
International express( UPS, DHL, FEDEX,TNT, EMS) and air transport、sea transport.
1: you can choose express to ship your goods, tben you will get your goods after 3-5days( excluding weekend), the person of express company will take your goods to your door.
2: For air transport, if have international airport in your city,then you can choose air transport,Of course, the freight-charge is cheaper than charge of express. But the person of transport company don’t take your goods to your door, and yourself also must declare customs in your country, the service is air station to air station.
3.For the sea transport, the freight is cheapest.But the transport-time is very long, we will making all documents according to your requirement.
The freight charges be decided by express(UPS, FEDEX, DHL,TNT), due to speciality of beads(handmade),not everyone for weight is same, so we only can estimate approximate weight in contact or proforma-invoice, hence have a little differenc than in fact weight, the difference is very less.

5. Can you send me some sample beads?
No. We do not supply sample beads now, you may place a sample order at first,Feel free to order just one of any item to determine your satisfaction.

6. Are the prices wholesale?
Yes, we offer you wholesale price, hence no any discount

7. If I return items, will my shipping costs be refunded?
No, only the charges for purchasing item will be refunded.

8. What is your privacy policy?

9. Can you ship me a paper catalog?
No. At presents we do not offer a paper catalog. We hope to offer one in the future, please sending us an email with your postal address. We can send you a price list of our beads in Microsoft Excel format or word format via email, but not in paper form.

11. How many beads come on a strand?
Most strands we sell are 16 inches in length unless otherwise specified. Some strands may be shorter or longer than the specified length. The price per strand is calculated on the quality of the entire strand, not the number of beads it contains. You can estimate how many beads will come on a strand using the following example. There are approximately 400mm in 16 inches. If the bead dimension is 20mm, then you would divide 400mm by 20mm to get 20 beads per 16 inch strand. Please keep in mind that there may be some pieces that do not suit your needs for a specific project. You may want to figure in some extra beads for this reason.
